Romanian and Bulgarian teachers enter the German teaching sistem.
They are considered a good solution for Germany's schools because they are well prepared, however lacking on pedagogy skills, according to Bild newspaper.
Germany is facing an increasing deficit of teachers, mostly at Math, Informatics, Physics, and Chemistry, because of the retirement of old professors.
It is expected there will be 40,000 fewer teachers than needed when school starts in autumn 2009, and not enough personnel to replace them.
According to studies, the deficit has raised 60% since 2008.
At present, there are 770,000 teachers in Germany.
300,000 are expected to retire within the next 10 years.
