The problem of illicit drugs is to be discussed by specialists and students, who will gather in October 2009 in Cluj city (central Transylvania) for a conference on this matter.
They will analyze the Romanian and EU specific legislation, legalization of some substances, economic and fiscal implications of drug trafficking, and medical issues.
The conference will be organized by the European Law students' Association, who plans to encourage the research on such subjects.
