Maramures county (northern Transylvania) local authorities are looking for a company to manage the Baia Mare international airport.
Placed in the vicinity of Baia Mare city, the airport has an 1800 meters long runway suitable for Boeing 737 planes, but lacks in modern equipments and passengers facilities.
That is why the County Council hopes to sign an agreement with a specialized company that would run the place and pay a concession tax.
